Do you fall into the trap of being time poor? One way to improve that situation is to learn to say no. Learn to say yes to activities that are going to enhane you life. The trick to having a successful retirement is to work out how you truely want to spend your days and weeks.
Write down your dreams, what you want to spend your time doing and break it up into:
- have to,
- must do and
- like to do.
