Change your mindset about investing to discover the secret to getting a paycheck every month. Stephanie Walter, CEO of Erbe Wealth, is a legacy cash flow specialist, capital raiser, syndicator, and real estate investor. Stephanie made it her business to study what the wealthy do differently in regards to investing their money in real estate syndications.

Prior to founding her investment group, Stephanie followed her dream of being an entrepreneur and started her own insurance agency. She recently retired from that life after selling her large successful insurance agency of 16 years by following the key principles she now teaches professionals to use.

Stephanie changed how she invested after studying her wealthy clients and how they invested. Getting a monthly cash flow was key to a successful investment. Instead of putting money into a 401K wealthy people, she observed, were doing things differently and were investing in Real Estate or a business.

After being fatigued from being a single-family home investor and dealing with the maintenance issues attached with that Stephanie was inspired to dive into owning multi-family buildings via syndication.

Real estate syndication is a partnership between several investors. Investors combine their skills, resources, and capital to purchase and manage a property they otherwise couldn’t afford.

If you want to receive a paycheck every month of around 8% then changing your mindset about investing in the traditional asset classes is key. Stephanie now works as a financial educator with people of all ages helping them create true wealth so they can be free to live the life they want.

Stephanie can help you create multiple streams of income that do not involve trading more of your time for money. With an impressive 95% of clients reinvesting in new real estate syndications Stephanie is proving Erbe Wealth has worked out a winning formula.

Learn how hanging out with fellow investors can make you money in the stock market. Jamal Grady, the founder of the Wall Street Forum, shares why joining an investing forum will help you make money on Wall Street.

Jamal Grady has been a stock trader and investor for 12 years. After spending the first four years reading books and watching UTube videos on stock trading Jamal saw the benefit of starting a Forum for fellow investors.

Beginners can learn so much by hanging out with other investors. Investors of all levels of experience have the opportunity to see what others are doing and ask questions as well as bounce ideas off fellow investors on the Wall Street Forum.

The big advantage is that the main forum is free. Most of the questions are asked by newcomers and there is an array of investors experienced from a range of investment types that answer questions.

For those that want some extra help, there are paid subscriptions you can choose to help get you on your investing way. These include the 10 Buck Broker that includes receiving weekly stock picks and market commentary every Saturday. Any new stocks that we recommend can be entered into the next day the market is open.

They are all a pretty friendly bunch at the Wall Street Forum. If you are looking for help with the stock market, futures, forex, and more than this could be a great sounding board for you.
