Spice Up Your Retirement When You Try New Things

You’re never too old to experience life when you learn ways to enjoy life every day. Heidi Herman, author of ‘On With The Butter! Spread More Living onto Everday Life’, shares her Icelandic mother’s love for life’s adventures in her latest book.

It’s easy to spice up your retirement when you try new things.  If you develop a sense of curiosity about life then you are more than halfway there. Curious people never complain about being bored. They are too busy doing stuff.

When we retire we are overjoyed at not having to go to that paid job anymore and be dictated to by the work timetable. Quite often retirement leads us into a more sedentary lifestyle when all of our time is free time. If you need some inspiration then the message of this book is:-
