Noel Edwards reveals how he mastered his investing style by investing in shares.
As we get closer to retirement we are also probably getting closer to having more spare time. The kids have grown up, left home and we are rambling around in that big empty nest. We are no longer having to provide that taxi service and introducing ourselves as Billy’s mother anymore. This is the time in our lives were we get to enjoy me time. We get to choose what we want to do instead what we have to do.
It is all about keeping busy, active and keeping the mind active. I have many tell me that they are busier in retirement than ever before. The favourite pastime for retirees is trave.l Most of can’t afford to travel 365 days of the year so what else are you going to do. Those that have the most successful retirements are those that have found a few worthwhile groups to join and combine helping those in need, travel, looking after their homes and gardens, having a few hobbies and engaging in activities that stimulate the mind.
Some of us are self-directed investors that look after the investing of their own nest eggs. Whether by need or for the challenge there are many of us out there that are making good money investing in shares.
